    It was a Sunday evening, and we had just finished dinner. As I started doing the dishes, I realized our kitchen sink drain was plugged, the water was starting to build up and I couldn’t figure out why. I tried everything I could think of to unplug the drain, but it just wasn’t budging. I tried a plunger, I tried to dissemble pipes, but was unsuccessful. My wife mentioned something she had heard of called Project DIY Virtual Home Services. So, I went to their website, virtualprojectDIY.com, and purchased the troubleshooting kit, and made a virtual appointment with them. Within an hour, we were on a zoom call with Don and Chris Hamblin. They walked me through step by step of what I needed to do. By the end of the zoom call, my drain was unplugged, and it was A LOT cheaper than calling a plumber would have been, especially on a Sunday night. That would have cost us well over $1,000. I more than highly recommend their services and will definitely be using them again in the future. They are great people and provide excellent, friendly and reliable service. On top of all of that, they helped me to learn how to solve the problem, and I know for the future what I need to do if it happens again. They don’t end the service until your problem is solved! 5 Stars isn’t enough in my opinion!
